Stephen D. Hayes is an Accredited Marine Surveyor affiliated with the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors, an international surveyor’s professional organization. Stephen D. Hayes is the principle surveyor for Hayes Marine Surveyors in Clinton, Connecticut and has actively involved in performing marine surveys since 2004. Stephen D. Hayes has been in and around marine related industries for over 40 years.
